Why "Positively Dangerous?"

The idea of being "Positively Dangerous" is based on a book written for teens
by Frank Mercadante. In the book, he explains that all Catholics are either
negatively dangerous or positively dangerous. He challenges us to be "positively dangerous,"
living our faith in a way that will challenge and change our world. The theme also provides
five ways to live a "positively dangerous" faith. It is our hope that Convention 2017
will inspire teens to live and share their faith with confidence in their parishes, schools, and communities.

We also encourage all of our St. John's youth and their families to participate in Respect Life and Youth for Life.  There are many ways of becoming involved in protecting the rights of human life from birth to natural death.
Continue to pray for all those who suffer from the effects of abortion and genocide.
